About Christopher

With a National Builders License through the International Code Council, holding a General C License with the PPRBD, and eighteen years of building experience, Christopher has an extensive understanding and appreciation for real estate. Building anything from custom multi million dollar homes to renovating the old 18th and 19th century victorians, Christophers’ reputation for attention to detail, quality of craftsmanship, and impeccable customer service won him Builder of the Year Award two years in a row. This reputation and recognition also awarded his company the Business Hall of Fame Award for 2018 for “Best Of” Builder Category.

 

Since then Christopher and his wife Jamie have become key members within the community, establishing multiple companies that have blessed countless guests, owners and visitors within the Emerald Coast. Him and his wife established Destin Dreamers Luxury Vacation Rentals in 2018 after seeing a huge need for luxury vacation management in the region. It didn’t take long before they realized the regions need for higher quality laundry and established Elevated Laundry soon afterwards. Their fourth business, completely unrelated to real estate or short term rentals, was more of a gift back to the community and an offering to the Lord. Causeway Coffee was established in 2023. As a non profit, the coffee shop exists to help support children and families in need all over the world. They have partnered with incredible organizations like Mission of Hope in a global effort to transform the nation of Haiti for the Lord.
