Chris is a real go-getter and aggressively markets the home. We actually had 2 different homes listed at the same time, with different brokers. The daily view reports I received from Zillow on each, showed 2x more the activity with Chris's listing. He does a great job marketing and an even better job following up after viewings for feedback. His construction background (owned a company in another state) also was very helpful from a knowledge standpoint. Even though it took until near the very end of the listing period (because we did set the home price aggressively) he brought not 1, but 2 near or full-price offers. This area is known for non-hustling brokers and that is the exact opposite of what you get with Chris. I would highly endorse and in fact, give him the other listing once it expires.
From our first correspondence, Chris was attentive, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient as I must have sent him what seemed like a hundred or more listings to review on top of the ones he sent to me. Very collaborative! His builder knowledge was very useful when evaluating what could be updated, should be, or shouldn't even bother. I am not a patient person and neither is Chris which is why we worked well together. Immediate responses were very beneficial especially when we did put the house under contract and then closed in just about 30 days! You want someone who will work as hard and efficiently as you do! Chris was absolutely wonderful! We were very impressed with his knowledge of the area and his patience in showing us numerous properties over two days. He is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He listened carefully to what we were looking for in a second home/investment property.
